From birth to the age of 6, the owner spent her childhood here. This house was the home of her grandparents.
Over the years, the owner lovingly and carefully restored this house together with her husband, turning it into a warm and comfortable home for her family. Villa Anabel was named after their daughter.
After several years of living in Villa Anabel, the family decided to renovate the neighboring properties and move to another house. The owners live nearby and are always at your disposal, ready to provide you with support and recommendations for exploring this magical area.

The heart of this holiday home is certainly the refreshing 24m2 swimming pool in the garden where you will spend most of your time - whether it's swimming in the pool, sunbathing on one of the comfortable lounge chairs or grilling delicious specialties on the charcoal grill.
For the youngest, there is also a small playroom with a swing and a slide. The covered terrace is also the perfect place to gather your loved ones, enjoy warm summer evenings together and plan trips to the region.
Comfortable and modern interior
In the inner part of the house, a modern, bright and fully air-conditioned interior awaits you, in which the living room, dining room and well-equipped kitchen are on one level with a guest toilet and laundry room. On the upper floor, you will spend peaceful nights in 3 comfortable bedrooms, which also include 2 bathrooms with showers. Two bedrooms have comfortable double beds, the children's room has two separate beds and an additional pull-out bed.
Tavern with fireplace and personal wellness
The specialty is the tavern on the ground floor with an open fireplace, kitchen, bar and a large wooden table for excellent evenings. Your personal wellness room with sauna and whirlpool is also located on the same level. Enjoy a well-deserved vacation with your family and relax from everyday life in the beautiful Villa Anabel.
Where are we
Kaštelir is a small and quiet village located just a few kilometers outside the coastal cities of Poreč and Novigrad. Poreč is a large tourist center on the west coast of Istria. An old town dating back to the Roman era with 2000 years of history, full of sights. In the old center is the Euphrasian Basilica, a 6th-century complex known for its many Byzantine mosaics, and besides it, many other monuments make Poreč a place worth exploring. Novigrad is a small place, once a fishing village, over the years it has become an irresistible tourist center. Novigrad is admittedly not just a tourist place, it is an architectural gem full of excellent historical sights, rich heritage and preserved natural beauty. Novigrad is also one of the top gourmet destinations in Istria, where a person can explore the many gastronomic pleasures of Mediterranean cuisine.
